Let Love Lead.

You’ve made it! You accomplished three full weeks of self-exploration, self-love and self-awareness. You’ve begun to understand your body on a deeper level, and allowed food to be a meaningful ally in your health. You practiced resilience, self-compassion, and radical self-healing techniques too. 

For me, creating this challenge for you has taught me so much about pushing my own boundaries, and learning to respect and honor my knowledge and experience by sharing them. In addition, creating this path for you to follow has also offered me the opportunity to to dive, yet again, into the depths of my own past, and the areas of my life that could use some extra reinforcement and gratitude. For that, I’m grateful to you, for being the community that drives the “why” of the work I do each and every day. 

Thank you for allowing me the chance to guide you through this program. It has been an incredible honor and an amazing experience for me as well. This work is the bedrock of your health success, and if you let it, it can become one of your greatest and most powerful tools for a long and happy life. I hope you’ve enjoyed this time together too, and that you feel a bit more like a superhero in completing it, ready and willing to conquer anything!
