About the supplements and how to take them:

GI Detox

GI Detox is a combination of binders that, quite literally, bind to toxic matter and microbes in our gut to more effectively remove them from our body.

 

Begin on Day 1

  • Take 1 capsule first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

  • Make sure to take it with at least 10oz of water.

  • Do NOT eat anything for ONE hour.

    • (Pro Tip: if you get up in the early hours of the morning to go to the bathroom, take your capsule then. That way, when you wake up, your one hour timeline has already passed).

BIG NOTE: Do NOT take if you have not had a bowel movement within the previous 24 hours. It’s imperative that you are passing regular bowel movements, otherwise, the toxins you are releasing will build up in your system and make you feel very sick.

  • Continue until the bottle is completed.

 

Biocidin

Biocidin is a comprehensive antimicrobial. It fights against overgrown pathogenic microbes in the gut, promoting more balance and harmony for our digestion.

 

Begin on Day 3

  • After the one-hour allotment has passed after taking the GI Detox, you can take the Biocidin.

  • Begin with only ONE pump under the tongue. Hold for 20 seconds before swallowing.

  • Wait 15 minutes before eating any food.  

    • NOTE: If you have any symptoms like extreme fatigue, aches, headaches, brain fog that does not resolve in 3 days, DECREASE your dose by taking one pump every OTHER day until your symptoms resolve.

  • If you are adjusting well to the first pump, then beginning the second week, increase to TWO pumps under your tongue.

  • Similarily, if all is going well, week 3, increase to THREE pumps. This is the maximum dose you’ll take.

  • Continue this for up to 2 months total.

 

NAC

NAC promotes optimal detoxification of the liver and has the ability to help remove heavy metals. It also helps to reduce inflammation in the body.

 

Begin on Day 1

  • Take 300 – 600mg a day. Ideally, take them in separated doses, one in the morning, one in the afternoon.

  • Can safely continue this supplement daily, even after the program is complete.

 

CoQ10

CoQ10 is one of our primary antioxidants, and is very helpful in managing inflammation and supporting our detoxification pathways.

 

Begin on Day 1

  • Take 100mg a day.

  • Can safely continue this supplement daily, even after the program is complete.

 

RestorFlora

This is your primary probiotic for this program. This probiotic supplement combines well-studied and widely-used probiotic strains Saccharomyces boulardii, Bacillus subtilis HU58, and Bacillus clausii SC109, all of which help to maintain a healthy intestinal environment.

 

Begin on Day 3

  • Begin by taking 1 capsule AT NIGHT before bed. Ideally, you haven’t eaten for at least 2 hours. But take it before bed either way.

  • Upon Week 2, if your body is adjusting properly, increase your dose to 2 capsules before bed. This is where you will stay.

  • Continue taking until the bottle is complete.

 

Adaptogen Blend

This adaptogen blend is most beneficial in helping to mitigate stress and promote calm and balance to our nervous system. Stress plays a big role in our ability to achieve optimal gut health. This product is important to helping you achieve calm in your daily life.  

 

Begin Day 3

  • Take 1 scoop a day. You can choose to enjoy this in your morning tea.

  • Once the program is over, feel free to add it to coffee or smoothies.

  • Can safely continue this supplement daily, even after the program is complete.

 

L Glutamine Powder

L-Glutamine is an amino acid that plays a major role in protecting the integrity of the intestinal tract, making it a mainstay in many gut healing protocols.

 

Begin Day 3

  • Take 1,000mg a day. Ideally some time in between meals or on an empty stomach.

  • Add to water or tea.

  • Continue taking until the bottle is complete.

BIG NOTE: Do NOT take this supplement if you have epilepsy or liver disease!

 

HCL & HCL Activator

(These are two different supplements taken together)

Hydrochloric acid (HCL) assists the body’s stomach acids in the digestion and absorption of nutrients, especially protein, vitamin B12, calcium, iron and other minerals.

 

Begin Day 3

  • Take one capsule of EACH with each meal.

  • Can safely continue both of these supplements (as a combo) even after the program is complete.

 

Digestive Enzymes

This comprehensive digestive enzyme supplement will help alleviate bloating, fullness, gastrointestinal discomfort and symptoms associated with occasional indigestion and gas. The plant-based enzymes in Digestive Enzymes work to digest a full range of foods, including protein, fats, carbohydrates, sugar and fiber.

  • Take one capsule with each meal.

  • Can safely continue this supplement daily, even after the program is complete.

 

Basic Nutrients

Basic Nutrients is a complete multi-vitamin/mineral formula that contains key nutrients for foundational support, including gut, heart, brain, nerves, immune, bone, and skin health. 

 

Begin Day 3

  • Take 2 capsules of this product each day, ideally before 2p.

  • Can safely continue this supplement daily, even after the program is complete.

Magnesium Bisglycinate

The mineral magnesium is crucial for the body to function properly because magnesium is involved in more than 600 of the body's enzymatic reactions. Most importantly for this program, it helps to bring fluid into the large intestine to help those who are stressed or constipated to pass their bowels more easily.

  • Take 200mg a day before bed.

  • Mix with water.
