My nutrition therapy programs are my most intensive but also rewarding and effective one-on-one programs that I offer. These programs are personalized specifically for you, your lifestyle, your current health status, your current mindset, as well as your ultimate health goals. During our initial assessment, we will take a deep dive into your health history, any past experiences that may have influenced your food behavior and relationship to food, your current symptoms, your current lifestyle (including work-life and relationships), as well as any other physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual components that may be affecting your ability to achieve the health you desire and deserve.

Sometimes, additional clinical and specialized laboratory testing may be suggested (but is never mandatory) to further assess your sensitivity to certain foods, the composition and state of your gut health, any nutritional deficiencies, and/or to assess any environmental pollutants including mold, heavy metal toxins that might contributing to health issues or complications. In other situations (or sometimes in conjunction with laboratory testing), a full eating reset program might be implemented to clear out the body of inflammation and to truly customize the foods that work best for your body. These programs can last anywhere from 1 to 6 months.
